Arkus Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent project owned and operated by Anton Proshkuratov, registered in Poland. We provide digital Framer templates via https://arkus.design (the “Website”).

  • Feedback (Tally): If you voluntarily fill out a feedback form via Tally, we collect the data you provide. We only use this for marketing purposes if you explicitly check the opt-in box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Purchases & Payments

We do not process or store your credit card or billing information. All sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy and Polar, who act as the Merchant of Record.

These platforms handle all payments, taxes, and invoicing. They share your name and email with us solely to fulfill your order and provide support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Email Communication

  • Support: If you email us, we use your address only to respond to you.

  • Product Updates: If you have purchased a product, we may occasionally send you emails regarding updates, bug fixes, or new template launches. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping customers informed about products directly related to their purchase (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted providers to run our business:

  • Framer: Website hosting and anonymous analytics.

  • Tally: Voluntary feedback collection.

  • Lemon Squeezy / Polar: Payment processing and order fulfillment.

While these services may process data outside the EEA (e.g., in the USA), they utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework to ensure your data remains protected.

  • Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (such as providing product updates or support).
