The Website is an independent project owned and operated by Anton Proshkuratov. The Website offers digital Framer templates and related digital products.

Payments and Merchant of Record

To ensure secure checkouts and global tax compliance, we do not process payments directly. All sales are handled by our Merchant of Record (MoR)—either Lemon Squeezy or Polar.

  • They handle the payment processing, invoicing, and tax/VAT collection.

  • Your legal contract for the purchase is with the respective MoR, and your purchase is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Licensing and Usage Rights

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The rules depend on the product and the license tier you select at checkout:

For Templates:

  • Single License: Use the template for one (1) live website (personal or client).

  • Unlimited License: Use the template for an unlimited number of websites

  • General Restrictions: You may modify the products for your needs, but you may not claim the original design or code as your own work. You may not use the products for any illegal activities.

For Components & Assets:

  • Standard License: Use the component in unlimited live websites. You cannot include the component in templates, components, or other products that you intend to sell.

  • Unlimited License: Use the component anywhere, including integrating it into your own commercial templates or other digital products for resale.

  • General Restrictions: You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the component by itself as a standalone asset, or as part of a competing component library.

Refund Policy

All products Arkuš Design are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of the provider and the Merchant of Record.

We aim to keep our Website accurate, but product descriptions, pricing, and features may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
